Shipping within the EU

We ship to all EU countries.

Shipping rates:

  • EU Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain): from €7.50
  • EU Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): from €8.90
  • EU Zone 3 (Cyprus, Greece, Malta): from €9.50

We offer two shipping options:

  • Deutsche Post Packet – Tracked mailbox delivery | 7-10 business days | No compensation for loss. Note: For most countries, full tracking is available all the way to the recipient. For some countries, tracking is only available once the package has arrived in the destination country.
  • DHL Parcel Connect – Tracked parcel to pickup point | 3-5 business days | Full tracking and compensation for loss.

 

VAT
All prices include VAT. VAT is calculated based on your delivery country at checkout.

Tracking
All EU shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. Note: Tracking coverage may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.

United Kingdom: Following Brexit, all orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties and import VAT. Orders under £135 are subject to UK VAT at checkout.

United States & Australia: Import duties may apply depending on the order value and local regulations.
